"Nice area a long time ago... I grew up here"
I grew up on this street. It backs up to the Northwest park trail extension, but that was just a big open field back in the 70s. Nice place with nice people.

"Cypress Bend - Section 3 - Close to the park and fairly nice"
Lots of dogs, so barking is an issue.
Lots of gas-powered blowers and edgers on Saturdays, but basically quiet and safe. Close to the mall and parks and 183, so access to the rest of town is nice.
Very close to the lake so nice for summer fun.
