"Piece of heaven on Earth on Bleecker Street"

I fell in love with this street and told the realtor this is where I belong. I brought a house here a couple of months ago and I've been in heaven since. Bleeker street gets a big two thumbs up. I can shop, work, go to the spa, and dine out whild ending it all in a night of dancing and relaxing afterwards. This was my last stop in my house hunting project, and the best was saved for last.

"WELCOME TO WALL STREET, USA"

oh wow! I loved Broad Street. It is very fast paced and high dollar. The style has its own range of reflections in the profesional attire from black suits to matching brief cases. "Wall Street" ahould be changed to "Crowded Street". With many conversations from accounts to psychiatric help, this area is not reccommended for retirees or people with kids. This is whatI like to call a business area.

"BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS AND PEOPLE"

I visited here in the summer to get away from all the work I did all year and I ended up falling in love with the overall atmosphere. I got to lay in a hammock and watch the sunset making the sky different bold and beautiful colors. I did this for most of my summer trip and it felt like day 1 when it was time for me to leave. I enjoyed myself.

"Nice Brooklyn neighborhood"

I liked this area. I am very partial to Broooklyn, so I was fimiliar with the street. I like to shop in Riviera Court and come back to where I live now and show all my friends the different styles and fashion they provide. Kind of sad when I had to move away, but I adjust well.

"Thoughts of Petracca Place: Really tranquil and slow paced"

I lived on Petracca Place for two years a long time ago. I just liked the fact that the job I was working was loud and fast paced and coming home to a tranquil and peaceful place. There's not alot of restaurants here, so most of the food I ate was home cooked, therefore more nutritious. I had to move, because of a job transfer and I miss it alot.

"Oh my god! It Is So Noisy"

If it was three years prior to this trip, I would've enjoyed partying and living the night life, but loud sounds become a burden. I gave Cove Court two thumbs down. I love a city that's full of life, but this city had just a little too much life and not enough time to rest. I left a day earlier just so I could get a good night's sleep.

"I SEE NICE STREETS SHARE THE SAME VIBE"

Again, one of the best streets I've visited in Queens so far. Family- oriented place with much fun and excitement. This is one of the streets I looked into as far as buying a house. A great place for me and my family to grow and evolve into happy human beings and appreciate the positive side of life knowing there are ups and downs, and taking the good over the bad.

"GREAT AREA TO RESIDE IN"

When I visited here, I noticed it was full of life in every being of life. There's plenty of kids, so there''s much laughter and play. I visited around winter time, so I got the pleasure of watching the kids play and sled down kills. I watched domestic as well as wildlife animals act as if they were in the perfect tranquil, but adventurous street. I would suggest this area for retirees, couples, families, everyone.

"WoW..kinda BoRinG. Not A place for me"

Okay, now I thought everywhere in Queens and sorrounding areas had a certain unique feel to them, but not 23rd street. Though there's other people to conversate and share interests with, There is definitely not much to do around here, I would recommend retired or single people. There isn't much to do for the youth. I was ready for the next street anyway.

"Nice, Average Neighborhood"

This was a busy, but average neighborhood. It kinda reminded me of 13th and church street in Wilmington, NC. So suttle, but full of laugh and flava'. It's a great place for people with kids and couples, but I dont think the retired would appreciate it as much. Any place that I have visited in New York has been an adventure all in its own.

"I love the Vibe of 25th avenue"

When I was visiting here while looking for homes, I noticed that there was alot of baseball activity going on. The neighborhood has this big beautiful park filled with laughter and activity. I even joined some of the neighbors as they had a cookout and we played softball. New York is its on public island, but Queens makes it royalty.

"Pretty Nice for family"

When I was visiting here, it was on my way to searching for a new home and making a new start. Im used to bein in live, violent areas. I really liked the change of scenary. Cleans streets, shopping, working,, and relaxing. I was there during summer when all the kids were out and about playing. I noticed the neighbors even got along just right.

"layed back urban atmosphere"

With the street being so lively, I wouldnt mind going back to visit my relatives on this street. this street along with another, make Grand Army Plaza. I love the way the park is full of diversity and how the neighborhood comes together for block parties and such, The fun atmosphere also helps make times on this block seem more colorful and exciting.

"I Love it here!"

Oh my goodness! When i visited Washington Avenue, I was in awe. Everthing in New york makes me gasp, but this place reminded me of a little Rodeo Drive in California. The shops with great product and service shops for things like insurance, cosmetics, anything you need or may want. The way the avenue makes its own natural beat with feet walking and friends laughing is wonderful.

"oH No! im closterphobic"

after seeing how small sterling place is, I am so appreciative and humble for the city I live in. This place is great for couples or single people to retire. I wouldnt suggest raising kids here, because it doesnt really have different cultures and systematic backgrounds; Kids need diversity and choices put in front of them to face adversity.

"great neighborhood to start a family"

This neighborhood would be great for retired people and families to be. Its a quiet suburb- like neighborhood. With close bus stops and trees to shade the kids playing on the sidewalk in the summer, this neighborhood has average traffic and older apartment buildings. Great for people who want to relax as they watch their kids run by.

"IRONICALLY TURNED OFF"

This neighborhood, in my opinion, would be the perfect place for you to retire or start a family in. This neighborhood is a little more quiet than what im used to. I say if you go to new york to party; have a nightlife, this would not be the neighborhood for you. Its a nice tranquil neighborhood, so I would show respect. Knowing that I love conversation and loud music, I would not move here.

"I LOVE DIVERSITY"

I love this street, because culture come bursting out of every door in this neighborhood. People of different ethnic groups, backgrounds, and history come together here to do all kinds of things like shopping, hanging out, or just pure conversation. When your not walking around, you could relax in just take in all the culture floating around you. When I create a family, this would be the perfect place for me to live.

"The infamous Brooklyn Library"

I love this library. Its a nice way to get to peace and quiet. Being in the city is cool, but sometimes it gets overwhelming or your days are stressed and you need to sit in a corner with a good book. This library contained information about my ity that wasnt even in my local library. I seen old newspaper clips dating from 1986-- The year I was born.

"The ghetto little italy"

In my opinion, union street is what i like to call "ghetto little italy". Although there are different groups of people there now, in the past, its been a prodominately italian street. The block is full of beautiful brownstones which look like they cost a grip. I heard that alot of people leave the neighborhood, but end up moving back, dealing with a case of homesickness.

"ironically comfortable atmosphere"

Though this street doesnt have much to offer as far as living, It's nightlife is loud and crazy. My aunt lives in brooklyn and took me and my sister on a tour. When we hit berkeley place, for some reason, she turned around like she was tense. I rather enjoyed the little bit of time we were there listening to the different conversations and accents.
