"Lower Manhattan's busiest street"

It is one of the busiest street and its rush seems to keeps on ballooning! That is why a full capital reconstruction of Fulton Street was launched in July 2007 slated to go on till 2009. These street scape activities are aimed at bringing new sidewalks, granite curbs, lighting, and street furniture will bringing it close to a pedestrian mall.
