"Relatively quiet condo area."

The street is generally quiet... moreso if your bedroom doesn't face the street (as ours does). It is walking distance to BART and grocery stores and just a few minutes drive from all sorts of retail. We haven't had to look into schools, so I can't say much about that. Mostly young families and working couples it seems.

We did have our condo burglarized which taints my view of the street a bit. I don't think it is necessarily a reflection of the area as much as the times.

Overall, it is a nice street for families just starting out.
