"Fantastic pedestrian community-very socio-economically blended area--close to Philly"

Media life is tantamount to living in a small town, however, it is within 15 minutes of the Philadelphia International Airport and 20 minutes to Philly. Over 50 restaurants of every imaginable kind--except Mexican (boo hoo) is here and catering to any budget. Since Media is the County Seat there are ample patrons during the work week that keep this community thriving financially.

Every year there are festivals of all kinds that are well attending by families, singles and couples. It is a pet-friendly community where on any given day you will find dozens of people out walking their dogs (and they pick up after them---most of the time).

Media has it's own police force 24/7---ensuring safety year-round.
