"Has a lot of options for its residence"

There is plenty to do in Worcester, several museums to visit like The Higgins Armory. An array of parks to bring your family to. Wanna hear some live music? Pick a venue based on your music type and search Worcester, guaranteed to find several places to choose from or you can check out the DCU center and see what bands will be playing. Numerous community theaters to choose from if you want to catch a play. Some local businesses help support the community by offering some free services and or discounted services as long as you can prove you live in Worcester, like free yoga sessions and some vets will offer a free or discounted first exam for family pets.

The restaurant choices are really good and diverse with most of them being on Rt.9. Shopping is easy and there are a variety of stores to choose from. UMass medical makes it easy to find a doctor or specialist for anything. Traffic can be bad at times just like any other city. Downtown parking can be a problem and expensive. If you can park your car on a near by street do so and walk your way through downtown instead of paying for parking.

"Bad batch of renters make whole neighborhood look bad"

Years ago street was quite, clean, and neighbors respected each other enough to not cause problems. But that was 20 years ago. Today, cops get called on a weekly basis because there is a bad batch of renters on the street now. They start fighting with each other in the street and then for days harass anyone who walks by their place. They keep blaring their stereo at 4 AM. People constantly screaming outside. During the day the kids run rampant with no parent in sight on occasion you'll hear one of the kids mothers yelling out a second or third story window. None of them seem to have a job just hang out all day. Can only hope they finally get evicted for not paying rent.

There are some good things about the street. It is near two parks, one of the parks has a swimming area and basketball court. It is close to downtown Worcester the public transportation system is really good and there are a ton of things to do during the summer downtown. Street would be decent if the problem renters didn't live here.
