"On the good side"

My fiance and I are very happy at our address on Santa Ana Ave. The tree lined streets provide a very cozy feeling throughout the community and is almost a polar opposite to the urban sprawl of the west side of Costa Mesa. Located near Newport Beach's Back Bay Area the residents are mainly upper middle class but for the most part aren't snobbish and just about everything you could need or want is a in walking or a short driving distance away. Ill let my ratings speak for themselves about the other facets of the community but overall I hold this street in very high regard.

"Not too Shabby"

Great because it's in walking distance from just about everything you might need, but its located next to a high school and delinquents are always hanging around and on the north side of the street theres a grouchy old man with a yappy (but cute) dog and an apartment building with tenants that leave their windows open when they're fighting.
