"Access to Beautiful View"

Irvington Road provides us with access to Santa Cruz River Park. It is a street that opens our eyes to a beautiful view of the beauty of nature. There seems to be projects, park improvement, projects happening here. A few shops and food places are located here, not as many as you can find on other streets in downtown, but nevertheless enough to keep you looking.
Very nice street, aside from construction, well kept and clean. Enjoyed Santa Cruz River Park. Nice place. Highly recommend.

""Streets Overpowered By Apartment Buildings""

I visited this street in the passing, but in all honesty there is nothing that would inspire me to stay/stop over and check it out in depth. Perhaps I am wrong, as I am just a tourist, but the street had a negative vibe. It was crowded with apartment buildings, not nice architecturally composed buildings, but not so pleasant looking, sometimes even falling down, apartment buildings. Another thing I noticed driving here was that many cars were parked the wrong way, and younger kids were hanging out on a street. It looked like a dirty street. I was not at all impressed with this particular area of Tucson.

""Great Restaurant, Delicious Food""

N Oracle Road is the home to Ye Olde Lantern, an exquisite restaurant, a Tucson favorite. This restaurant serves Tucson's favorite mesquite-broiled steaks, prime rib and seafood. But that's not the only restaurant you will find on this street, plenty of other delicious places are all around. This street house plenty of hotels and shops. It has enough spunk to occupy the curiousity of tourists - that's for sure! We truly enjoyed the Ye Olde Lantern, and the atmosphere of this street.

""Breathtaking Views On E Kleindale Rd ""

E Kleindale Rd was the home to our Bed and Breakfast, the Cactus Cove. The view from this peaceful street is gorgeous, each direction you look you see something completely different. It's simply breathtaking!
This street is the heart of a completely different world from main Tucson area. Even though only minutes away from downtown, it is a peaceful and tranquil street. And again the view is gorgeous. It is true there aren't many restaurant on this street itself, by they are very close, and the tranquility and peace you will feel walking or driving or staying on this street are well worth it!

""THE CHILDREN'S STREET""

S 6th Avenue has plenty of charm. It's a nice street. On this street you can find Tucson Children's Museum (TCM) - a must see if you have any little ones with you. You can take the SunTran bus to get around this street, and as a matter of fact we were able to get to the Museum using the SunTran, it stops right across the street. There are plenty of restaurants on this street. This is definitely a child friendly street, as it is easily acceccible by car and bus, it has plenty of restaurants, parks, TCM, and plenty of other attractions. This street can be easily enjoyed by everyone!

"" A sense of family lives here ""

West Ochoa Street is a street with a very pleasant vibe. Filled with restaurants, bistros, stores and coffeeshops; this place is a hang out for the young and the young at heart.
The street is fairly quiet, but the occasional voice of the child reminds us that is a family street. It definitely looks like a family community here! Very pleasant feel to this street. Nice place to visit!

"Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum Lives Here"

Kinney Street is the home of the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, a must see when you visit Tucson. It is an ok street, but the charm lies in the museum that is located here. This is a renowned zoo, botanical garden and nature museum combined in one. It is an awesome awesome place. I am so glad that we were able to visit here. This is a facility filled with birds, fish, mammals, reptiles, amphibians, insect life, minerals, a “cave” exhibit. There is a humminbird conservatory here! A must see! When making your way here -go via Gates Pass (Speedway Boulevard) - it is absolutely breathtaking.

"History on Congress"

Filled with restaurants, bars, and shops - this is a great street. But even more so, the history of Tucson is vividly present here. It is on this street that we find some of the beautiful historical landmarks, in particular the Fox and Rialto Theatres. I just loved the Fox theatre. Interestingly Fox theater was a part of the Fox national chain, but it was the only one with a unique “Southwest Art Deco” style. I love it especially because it hosted Saturday Mickey Mouse Club in the 40s and 50s. Fully remodeled, it is an awesome place to visit!

"Art on 4th"

Aside from plenty of other charm, 4th Avenue is the home of Conrad Wilde Gallery. A place that provides tourists, such as me, with the opportunity to see wonderful contemporary art. What makes this gallery even more special is that not only do we have the chance to see the well established artists here, but we are given the chance to witness some of the interesting new perspectives brought forth by the new emerging artists. For the art conscientious tourist this is a wonderful experience, hence this street is awesome!

"Nice Street To Visit"

N Scott Avenue runs through downtown Toucson. It has great appeal. The people you meet on the street are mostly in their mid 30s to early 50s; but that does not mean you won't see any kids or elderly. They are here as well. The atmosphere of this avenue is relaxed yet diverse enough to keep you interested. I like that!
Wether you want a cup of tea (Ike's Coffee and Tea), a quick bite to eat (at Alejandro's Cafe - the best Mexican Food in Touscan,, just make sure you go there Mon to Fri. as they are closed on the weekends), or delicious pastries, this street is where you will be able to find it.
In its unique way this street balances the other streets in downtown. Nice touch! Fun to visit!
