"Sunny San Diego: the best US city to live in"

Not much to say about this city with beautiful weather all year round.
Great intellectual and artistic scene.
Some of the best beaches in the northern continent.
Many landmarks (Coronado, Balboa Park, Mount Soledad, Old Town).
Great sports scene.
Great city!

"great neighborhood for upscale families"

This street has beautifully mid century modern crafted homes from the 50's and 60's with great potential for remodel and resale values. Bay and Ocean views are there to stay while the spirit of mid century modern architects has spurred new interest in the style of these homes.
Great place to raise kids.

"Family Dream Home"

Nestled on the hills surrounding Lake San Marcos this friendly feel good neighborhood renders beautiful views of sun setting on the golf course. Great place to raise a family or retire, even though young individuals have shown interest in this warm, well situated community. So take a stroll through the winding streets or go for a round of golf or cruise around on the lake on your own personal pontoon boat.

"Surf up to this beach community"

Great newer homes located in a typical small development directly east to the 5 freeway. Minutes from the beach by bike and close to Encinitas nightlife and north county long lost of interesting little restaurants (Bestawan, Calypso, Siamese Basil, etc.). Great for younger generations.
One of the bad things about this development is that the proximity of each neighbors make it such that tension may arise from the slightest noise. So be considerate of each other and respect the fact that some people have babies (who cry naturally) or cats that cruise around or even dogs that bark (yes dogs bark). This is the price to pay when neighbors are literally feet away. Consideration is key. Abuse is killer.

"Quaint and quiet Oceanside community"

The Rancho Del Oro community is a great place to own a home unless you do not like living in tract homes (little boxes, 4 floor plans available). Great sense of community. Great for kids and families and even animals.
Located next to a Park.

"not the best place to live in such a beautiful place as Carlsbad."

Do yourself a favor and move across the freeway to Oceanside and save $500-1000/month or pick a better Carlsbad neighborhood.

A great place to live in San Francisco without incurring the Pac Heights costs if close to fillmore.

"Beautiful Lagoon and Ocean Views from the west side of this street."

Great place to live overall for Carlsbad. Some of the hidden jewels of this street begin with the condo complex at 2399 jefferson and a few homes south of these. Proximity to the lagoon also brings in mosquitos so screened windows are a must. Great weather!

"noisy and traffic congested yet fun place to shop and eat"

Living there 8 years, traffic got old and the lack of community feeling in Triple Crown (unless you have owned for more than 20 some years and are in good terms with the annoying board) made many move and sell. Nonetheless, the most western part of Solana Beach is home to lovely houses and great community living with some of the best shopping in mid-county. If you are an avid horse racing participant, this is a great place to own or seasonally rent for its proximity to the tracks.

"Spectacular views from this beautifully crafted friendly neighborhood"

City and Water views to die for (with bonus daily summer fireworks show)!
Easy access to local freeways and conveniently placed nearby restaurants, beaches, parks (Mission Bay, Kate Sessions, etc.) and many other important assets San Diego is known for. On the south side of Mount Soledad.
Beautifully designed by Palmer and Krisel mid century modern homes developed by Drogin in the 50's and 60's.
Named by locals as Baja La Jolla for its proximity to one of America's jewels.
