"Convenient access to NYC commuting, quiet street, small-town atmosphere."
Reasonably quiet cul-de-sac with 1960 vintage ranch houses (mostly) on 1/3 to 1/2 acre lots. Some elevation and winter views of NYC. Mix of young families, middle-agers and retirees; property taxes are very reasonable for the area and the borough has a small-town feel. Only problems are elevated power lines with aging poles and very little street lighting. High speed internet available through Comcast and Verizon FIOS.
