"Nothing short of perfect."

Wash Park is one of Denver's best neighborhoods for a reason. See for yourself why this is by visiting South York Street for a brief moment - a Sunday Drive or Morning Walk is all it takes. South York offer a well blended mix of Modern, Extravagant, Classic, and Homey. Flowers bloom and yards are trimmed. Children play and laugh in the yard, love emanates from couples young and old, and homes are just that - HOMES. It is here that America comes to life - and happiness lives.

"Even the Alley was Clean!"

For being so close to the City and for crossing so many busy streets, Cedar Street is impressively clean and quiet. An abandoned school house lays somewhere on it's tracks, giving you that old-time ghostly chill; especially when you see its flash on at night. It's silence is eerily captivating and almost comforting at night, yet will forever haunt you with curiosity over Denver's deepest darkest secrets.

"So scary it's safe!"

Hoodlums squatting to your left & a good Christian Family living on your right. The gas station next door just got knocked up while you are enjoying a 4 Star Sushi Dinner by Moonlight not 20 yards away. You think Section 8 is referring to the other side of the street and 7-11 is referring to the selling price on your home. I can't think of a more mixed up, mixed together, scary place to live except Colfax.

"A quiet night in the City."

Dangerously close to downtown... Diverse. Intense. Amazingly quiet. Alcohol. Coffee. Booze buddies to Broadway. Modern-Contemporary Architecture. New Lofts. Landscaped yards. Sushi by the Locals. Perfect American Street by day. Loud, obnoxious yuppies by evening. Quiet by night. Bayaud is the balancing act between Professional by Day, Kid-Again by Night, and ROCKSTAR on the weekends.

"Another Reason to stop and smell the roses."

A brisk walk from Broadway, this major One-Way running North doesn't appear to have much less hustle and bustle than LODO itself. But wait just a minute... rush hour doesn't last all day. Or night for that matter. After living here on Lincoln, I think it would be hard to find a better location in this city. One can stumble home drunk, shop 'til they drop, sell their car and catch the bus at their front door, walk to work, or have the most successful yard sale in history thanks to the ever-so-busy Broadway just one block west. What slight city noise this street has, the solid walls of this beautiful old mansion easily blocks out.

"The road less traveled... by tourists at least!"

Why anyone would choose to travel East of Downtown unless they HAD to, I don't know. Seems 14th is a little more crowded than it's parallel opposite 13th, however. None-the-less, a one-way with few interruptions, offering the shortest, sweetest trip any city could hope or wish for (in a car) is what you will find on 14th. Mansions, Apartment Complexes, and all the Diversity Denver has to offer in 5 minutes or less. Awe... When driving in the city, who could ask for more?

"One-way Heaven in Big-City, well..."

Denver's best kept secret: One-Way Streets offering a strait shot no matter your destination! 13th Street connects almost all the major Avenues with little fuss. Quiet and dainty in parts, dirty and questionable in others, but who has time to notice? No Colfax traffic, no road rage, and no waiting on red turn signals. Buffalo Bill nothing - 13th Street in Denver is how the West was won!

"Get there fast."

It's no joke Denver's traffic is as bipolar as their weather! You can never predict which freeway will be backed up the longest - not to mention what time this horrendous traffic will start (or stop for that matter!). Commuting from Lakewood to Downtown for over 6 months, however, it seems this Freeway was the shortest, quickest, fastest route to anywhere in the city. Day or Night. Some may tell you differently, but my travels have been nothing but pure Bliss in comparison to any other Freeway Denver has to offer.

"Sushi, Shopping, Say no more!"

South Gaylord sits quietly with immaculate homes and pristine yards, offering much to do day and night. New moms on their morning stroll with Jr., the little old lady down the street gardening, or your back-yard neighbor taking his dog for a walk; this is how most mornings begin on this pleasantly perky and practically perfect street. Party sets in come sunset as Sushi Den's atmosphere is perfect for family fun, romantic evenings for two, or girls night out. It's no wonder Gaylord Offers the best street fair Denver has to offer over the hot summer months!

"Blink and you'll miss it!"

Court Street... Obviously names after the Court House I would guess. The only problem is - WHICH Court House? Denver Seems to have 3-4 buildings all resembling Court Houses planted so close together one would never know the difference! Hidden away in a small corner of the city's side-ways sitting downtown, I would have to say that the best thing this street has to offer is Happy Hour! And be weary of the parking tickets - this Court doesn't seem short of local Police Patrol anytime day OR night.
