"Beautiful new homes overlooking downtown Reno"

I visited a friend who recently had a beautiful home build near El Rancho Drive. Some of the homes in the development have a great view of downtown Reno. The houses are huge and divided with tall fences for privacy. And of coase, they are close to gambling and skiing!

advisor2008 Hi Marie,

Like my profile states, I love to travel & take photo too. However, I am trying to discover how to write reviews and share images of other states that I either visited or lived in the past. I find it's not easy to EDIT information once posted.

Please reply when you have a chance.

Thanks and enjoy your day!!!

Hello fellow traveler! My trick is...I type my reviews in Microsoft Word first, then cut and paste into the review section. That helps me to say what I want to say without needing to change it later and I use the spell check! Also, you are able to edit the review within 3 hours of posting it. I've used this feature before. If it's after that 3 hours and you notice the information you posted is wrong, you can request the web designer to change. Just click on the "Feedback" button on the bottom of the page and submit the request. Hope that helps!

advisor2008 Marie,

Thank for your reply. However, I suspect that my question was not clear and needs more clarification--wanted to find out how to UPLOAD images as Visitor / Tourist NOT as the Resident.

Regards,

PC

PS: I loved the photos that you shared -- Thanks!

Marie PC-

I understand what you are asking now. You don't need to state if you're a resident or visitor when uploading photos and videos. If you wanted people to know you're a visitor, you could always post a short review for the same street as you uploaded the photo. The rank is based on more basic info if you're a visitor vs. resident, so you shouldn't have a problem filling out the form.

I'm glad you liked the photos! I hope this time I helped answer your question.

"Donner Pass Road by I80 in the winter"

This is a great pit stop to take if your driving I80 through the Sierra Nevada Mountains in California. There's a Safeway and a Starbuck (with a nice bathroom!). It's a cute street lined with a great bunch of stores and places to rent for a ski trip.

"Homes are expensive, but the views can be incredible"

This is a very nice area. The homes are expensive, especially as you get up into the hills by Skyline Blvd. I'll upload a video, too, taken on El Camino Real, 82, at Trousdale Blvd, Burlingame by the Mills Peninsula Hospital.

Satori
Satori I was wondering why this location is so expensive? Is is city location? Trousdale Blvd. looked to be like all most any street in the mid-west. Could you add why this is such a nice area.

Thanks,

Satori

Marie Satori-

Yeah, a comment on my review! Thanks!

Burlingame is expensive because it borders Hillsborough, which is one of the most expensive places to live. Also, Burlingame is known for very ritzy shopping and the schools are rated very high.

Thanks for asking!

"Townhouse in the Mission District"

We rented a townhouse in the Mission District for years. The street was busy, but the townhouses were very quite. We never saw our neighbors. We had one covered car port. It was a gated community, but our car was broken into and the stereo was stolen. At the time we lived here, we had an Albertons with in walking distance. Now there's a huge Safeway, Walgreens and a lot of fast food. There's a whole corner center with Asian restaurants and a grocery store. Schools are close by and rated high.
