"Nice starter neighborhood"

Lived here when we had a young family. The condo isn't that well kept. Pool is nice. Neighbors are pretty diverse, and mostly keep to themselves.

Quite a few renters.

"Aesthetically beautiful, with many recreational opportunities"

There are always people walking... with dogs or without them. Lots of hills, many different places to walk--either flat or hilly, including parks, forests, canals, the lake, and just walking the streets affords excellent territorial views along with being able to view some of the nicest-kept homes in the Portland area.

Friendly neighbors.

When the kids leave the nest, however, I am not sure living in the suburbs among families is optimum for a single person.

Trees blocked ability to get DirecTV.

"Pleasant place to live"

Jamestown Drive is a flat street, with nice houses. Overall, the neighbors keep to themselves. It's a safe place, with little traffic.
