"Noisy and hard to sleep here! Uncaring neighbors"
Kids run around outdoors after 10pm and scream, no parents telling them to remember their neighbors, motorcycles rev their engines at night, not caring that they wake people up, dogs bark all night and owners let happen.
Not a nice place to consider raising a family in or staying.

"Bad neighborhood if you are looking for neighbors who are considerate"
Kids are allowed to disturb people sleeping , motorcycles keep people awake , neighbors let their dogs bark at night. Very discourteus area to live!
