"Nature in the city"
Carver Street is across the street from the from a park running the full length of the street. Separating the park from the UW Arboretum is a stream. Lots of trees, birds, bike paths, and not far from downtown Madison. An ability to ride your bike everywhere during nice weather. Quiet neighborhood 8 blocks long surrounded by nature on both sides. Desired neighborhood by those who know about it.
