"Fun Neighborhood close to all!"

I rented here when I first moved to town and loved it! I could walk to many places, go for bike rides, and was close to downtown/nightlife. The neighbors were really friendly. I wish at the time I could afford to buy here, but it can be expensive.

"Large Lots- Solid Homes"

I own a rental out here and lived there for two years. The neighbors were really friendly and the street very quiet. It is close to a major street- SE 82nd, but on the flip side, there are plenty of shopping places (Freddy's, Home Depot, the mall ) nearby. The MAX line is being built close by and there is easy access to freeways. My backyard is HUGE and so were the yards of the neighbors. Now I rent it out, but it was a nice place to live, lacking in some cultural aspects (restaurants etc that aren't chains) but all in all, nice. I did think it was odd though, that many streets around it are unpaved and lack sidewalks... hmm.
Homes here are typically ranch styles, 2-3 bedrooms and very inexpensive. To get to downtown, you are looking at a 15-20 minute drive.

"Great up and coming area"

My boyfriend and I own a duplex here and we love that there are so many great places to walk to... restaurants, shops, bars, etc... we are also close to public transportation. There are still rougher parts to our neighborhood, but we feel happy and safe here. Not the best schools I hear, but hopefully they will improve! Also, our purchase was really inexpensive and we see more improvements here all of the time...
