Highbridge is located in the southwest area of Bronx, New York. Highbridge has a wonderful community programs such as the Highbridge Community Life Center it's about neighbors helping neighbors in this small community. Highbridge has drastically higher drop out rates and incidents of violence in its schools. The Children have to be searched and walk threw metal detectors. Just like any other urban community Drug addiction is also a serious problem.

Mott Haven is located in southwest Bronx, New York. It's a small community and one of the poorest in America. The schools are heavily secured and the streets are not safe to walk on at night. Mott Haven also has a good side, east of Mott Haven there is a public library called the Mott Haven Branch. There in the library you could find a positive outlook on the poor community. Mott Haven's Teen Advisory Group (TAG)'s Anime Council does various group activities for ages 13 to 18.
