"Busy area in the heart of the Wilshire Business District"

I used to work on this street and it's a busy area full of office buildings and traffic. Ardmore Ave. south of Wilshire consists of apartment buildings. Along with Office buildings, there are lots of stores and restaurants that cater to the the business clientele during the week. A Radisson hotel is located nearby as well as a Enterprise rent a car. Public transportation is fairly accessible from Ardmore with buses as well as the subway metro located within walking distance. This area of Los Angeles is also called Korea Town since a majority of the people who live and work here are of Korean ancestry. It's actually the largest Korean population outside of Korea.

"NIce Family Oriented Suburban Neighborhood"

Flipped a house on this Street back in 2005 and this neighborhood is a very nice and family oriented neighborhood in Fontana. The homes on Barbee st. were mainly built in the 1950's and are fairly well maintained. The time I spent on this street I rarely heard any noise or disturbances. one thing this stree lacks are trees as there are absolutely none around. This street is fairly deep in the suburbs of Fontana so restaurants and businesses are about a 10-15 minute drive away. The 15 freeway is about a 10-15 minute drive from here as well. Traffic is very light on this street and there is plenty of parking.

"Quiet Street near the freeway and away from the seedier parts of North Hollywood"

Morrison Street east of Vineland Blvd. is a very quiet residential street with a mixture of apartments, condos/townhomes and single family homes. It's tree lined with many families living on the street. It just south of Magnolia Blvd and just west of Toluca Lake area which is a fairly nice residential area in the Valley. Local favorite eateries like Tony's Italian is just a few minutes away and Morrison is centrally located to other retail establishments in the Valley.

"Mixture of Tourists and Beach Goers"

3rd St in Santa Monica is known for the 3rd St. Promenade where shopping and restaurants are abound. The promenade strip consists of retails shops like The Puma Store, and Diesel and has a wide array of restaurants to dine at. Also sport bars such as Hooters and Yankee Doodles are located in the Promenade. Most of the people you see on 3rd st are tourists and local beach visitors who are looking for a sunny stroll or a romantic night out. Santa Monica beach is just a few mins West from 3rd. st as well as the World Famous Santa Monica Pier. Most of the residential parts of 3rd st in Santa Monica is located east of Ocean Park Blvd and consists of mostly apartment buildings.

"Quiet residential nieghborhood, but HORRIBLE Parking"

The street is sparingly lined with trees and is fairly quiet but if you don't have a parking space good luck! A majority of the street is made up of Apartment buildings and I usually see younger 20-35 year olds living on the street. It's centrally located in West LA and is walking distance to restaurants and near local Dive bars such as Saints and Sinners. Public Transportation is nearby on Palms and traffic on the street is minimal. The issue is just the parking.

"A Main Street in the San Fernando Valley"

Vineland Blvd. is a very busy street in the San Fernando Valley. Everything is located on this street including, retail establishments, housing and schools. Retail establishment such as restaurants, sporting goods, liquor stores, grocery stores, and video stores. Apartment buildings, Multi unit properties and Single family homes are all spread out throughout Vineland blvd. with most of them located north of Burbank Blvd. A new high school was recently built on Vineland as well. Like I said everything you need can be found on this street.

"Great Place for Families"

I have a friend that lives on this street and have frequent it quite often. The area is very quiet with trees and a park located directly on the street on Mullen and Wilshire Blvd. Transportation is nearby as well as a local High School. There aren't many retail shops or restaurants located within walking distance in the area so a car or public transportation is a must. Home values are above average in this area as it is located near Hancock Park.

"Nice usually quiet street located in near Hollywood"

Most of the residents here are quiet, and friendly and consists of a mixture of families and singles. It's located near Hollywood, but not so close where you get all the noise from the party goers. Trees line this street and traffic is minimal, although street parking can be a hassle since there are lots of apartments located on the street. Retail, nightlife, health clubs and restaurants are all located within minutes of this street. Also the world famous Paramount Studios is located just a minute East on Afton and Gower, they film Dr. Phil there.

"An Okay place to live with lots of Amenities near"

Lexington and La Brea is the location I am referring to in this review. There is mixture of Apartments , Condos and Single Family homes located on this street. It's near Hollywood so lots of night life activities are located nearby. There was also a shopping center that opened up a few years back that includes a target, best buy, game stop, starbucks, and other retails shops only a few blocks away. There are a few medical facilities nearby as well as smaller clinics. There are several schools (k-12) nearby for families considering living here as well. The street can get noisy at night because of the location being close to nightclubs and bars but not on a daily basis.

"Everything a Single person needs on this street."

The area of Vine that I am talking about is Vine and Sunset. Everything is located around this area, a 24 hrs fitness, Multiple Nightclubs and bars, concert halls, Arclight Movie theaters, pawn shops, and a multitude of restaurants. I wouldn't particularly recommend this area for families since there are many family friendly establishments other than some restaurants.
