"Great living area inside Aventura"

NE 30th Ave is a street right in the heart of Aventura. Waterways BLVD is to the north, while NE 203rd street is just south of it. There is a wonderful apartment complex called "Villa Dorada", which is accessible from the street.

It is just east of the Promenade Shops in Aventura, and west of Country Club Dr.

There is a Jewish School just across the street called Aventura Turnberry Jewish Center. This is great for anyone who practices the Judaism religion.

This is great street in a perfect location for just about anyone. Not too noisy, and the people there have always been very friendly. I have a few friends who live in Villa Dorada who say their neighbors are great. I recommend this area for anyone.

"Wonderful neighborhood, great for families."

Highland Lakes Blvd is a street that runs North and South of Ives Dairy Rd. To the North it enters into Highland Lakes, a guard gated neighborhood. This neighborhood is ideal for families, and lots of families of the North Miami Beach area reside here. The school is Waterways K-8 for Elementary/Middle, which is one of the best new schools in Aventura. The high school is Dr. Michael Krop Sr High, the top rated high school in Miami.

The homes are lush landscapes, mostly 1 store with an occasional 2 story. This neighborhood is very safe, as it is monitored 24/7. There is a park right inside Highland Lakes specifically for it's residents. The park includes a playground for children, exercise path, and large lake.

On the south side there are a few 1 story homes. This side of the street is the shortest part, and is a slightly busier road. But if you're looking for a great place to live, this is it.

"Excellent for Shopping & great to live if you like city"

NE 163rd St (AKA Sunny Isles Blvd) is a street just west of Collins Ave, right by the beach. There is a wonderful intracoastal shopping mall and lots of restaurants to choose from.

I almost took an apartment living on 163rd St at the Intracoastal Yacht Club (Declined due to price -- but worth it). It had beautiful scenery and a huge pool, and a great view that spread all the way to downtown Miami.

There is a wonderful real estate school and movie theatre for those who are interested, and lots of friendly neighborhoods on conjoining streets.

I would not recommend it for retirees, since it is the city life and somewhat of a loud place to be. If you're looking for quiet, this is not the place! If you love luxurious high rises and city style living right outside your door (or down the street) I definitely recommend it!

Would I raise my family here? Probably not. But that's just my opinion and many families to reside here and are happy with their choice. Overall it's a beautiful place.

"Cute homes - Ideal location"

NE 196th Terrace is just north of Miami Gardens Dr, and south of Ives Dairy Rd. It is right by Skylake mall, and across the street from Presidential Estates. This is a pristine area of North Miami Beach.

Right down the street on Miami Gardens Dr is McDonald's, Wendy's, LA fitness, TJ Maxx, and more. Lots of shopping in this area, including Publix, the local grocery store.Greynolds park is just a couple blocks away.

Many of the houses on this street are 1 story, though you may find 2 story homes here. It is a nice quiet neighborhood, all with well groomed lawns and Mediterranean architecture.

"Beautiful Scenery Great Location!"

This is a wonderful location for living and visiting! It is very conveniently located behind Lohmanns fashion plaza, which includes shops, restaurants, and Publix grocery store.

There is beautiful scenery in this area, and it stays true to its luxurious Aventura lifestyle. With it's beautiful palm trees and lush landscaping, it truly is a one of a kind place to stay.

There are 2-3 gated apartment complexes on this street, with many more just around the block to fit your taste. The 3 mile Don Soffer Excercise path is just a 5 minute walk away!

Right in the heart of Aventura is truly one of the greatest places to live.

"Fantastic place for shopping with beautiful neighborhoods nearby"

Waterways Blvd is a street just North of Country Club Dr and East of Biscayne Blvd. It is just located behind the Promenade Shops in Aventura, where there is a Michael's, Marshalls, Winn Dixie, and more.

Waterways Blvd extends from US1 to the Intracoastal. There is a wonderful shopping center called "The Shoppes at Waterways" that include high end shopping, Aventura Post Office, ice cream shops, and restaurants. It also features a dock which extends onto a lake, beautiful at the night time to see the city views.

There is also a Bally Total Fitness on the street. About 5 minutes from the Aventura Mall, so excellent for shoppers. There is a single family gated neighborhood called "Aventura Lakes" off of Waterways Blvd, with moderately high luxurious single family homes and town homes.

It is a great place to take dates if you're going to the Shoppes, and a great area to live!

"Quiet Neighborhood with lots of families"

This street is right off of NE 12th Ave in Miami FL. It is a quiet neighborhood just off of Ives Dairy Rd. Ives Dairy Rd takes you from Aventura until it turns into NW 199th St.

NE 203rd St is conveniently located, as it's just 2 miles west from Aventura Mall, right by great schools and the best High School in Miami, Dr Michael M Krop Sr High. It is also just 3 minutes from Madie Ives Elementary, which is it's primary school.

There is a BP gas station right down the road, with Winn Dixie right down the road in a plaza with Office Depot, and a local movie theatre.

It is a great neighborhood for kids, with moderately small sized houses, but definitely has the neighborhood feel if that's what you are looking for. I know a few people who live on this road, and it's a good place to live with the convenience of having everything close.

"Moderately noisy street with the feel of an industrial neighborhood."

I lived on this street my first 2 years of living in Florida. It was a cute little house, right on the corner of Dixie Hwy and 214th Terrace. My house was the nicest house on the block, but it wasn't the most beautiful house of all.

I don't rate this as a great place for families, as there seems to be homeless people that liked to lurk around, robberies just 2 blocks away, and my neighbor's house was robbed once. The cost of living was not comparable to where I live now - $1400 a month for the house on Dixie, $1600 a month for a beautiful condo in the heart of Aventura. There is no comparison, they appear to be 2 different worlds.

This street runs right along the train tracks, so if you hate trains and loud noises, definitely do not move there! If you are single and living with roommates or need a cheaper place to stay while still being close to Aventura Hospital and Mall, this may be your place. DO NOT recommend for families or the elderly.

"Great place to shop - Noisy to live"

East Hallandale Beach Blvd consists of the street between US1 and Collins Ave. It is an excellent place for shopping as it includes tons of shops and grocery stores.

On the eastern part of the street, you have the bridge to get onto Collins Ave. Just west of the bridge you have Walmart, subway, a burger king, dollar store, and many more shops. The street just next to it is Three Islands Blvd, which is a beautifully landscaped area to live if you're looking to live closeby.

As you continue going west, you have a local Winn Dixie and Publix, Panera Bread, Quiznos, Hometown Buffet, and a few local owned restaurants, which concludes that it is a wonderful place to eat out.

There are 2 newly built condominiums just North of E Hallandale Beach Blvd. They make a wonderful accent to this street. The transit system is the most easily accessible on this road, with a straight shot to downtown Miami.

Also conveniently located is Bank of America, Wachovia, Flanagans, and many more shops which makes this a great place when you need to shop for just about anything.

"Most gorgeous street in all of Aventura."

East Country Club Dr is located east of West Country Club Dr, and just North of William Lehman Causeway. The lush landscaping and city feel in the beautiful suburb of Aventura is any homeowners or renters dream.

You will notice there are plenty of high rises, apartment buildings, and single family homes, all decorated with a pristine tropical theme and securely gated by 24 hour guard shacks.

With the Turnberry Golf Course on the west side of the street, it makes a beautiful view for those who enjoy exercising on the Don Soffer 3 mile exercise path. There is a phenomenal view of the yachts on the intra coastal just south of the Porta Vita towers.

Just around the block is West Country Club Dr, North Country Club Dr, The Shoppes at Waterways, and the luxurious Aventura Mall, which makes East Country Club Dr one of the top rated streets to live on in the world. Truly ideal for those of all ages.
