"Location, Location, Location....Perfect, Perfect Perfect !"

Imagine, my kids can walk home from school. One of the best public school districts in the nation. There are at least 4 neighborhood pools with competetive teams within a 3 mile radius of my home. We have neighborhood watch and a safe and gang-free environment. Everyone is always out taking walks after dinner. People clean up after their dogs. Resale is awesome with my home appraising for 300,000 more than I paid just 7 years ago and the neighborhood commands at least another 100,000 on top of that. I'm within the beltway in Metro DC/Northern Va.
