"Great street for living in a development - has pond and walking trails"
Our street is part of a 60 home development where owners can walk on an open space area; go for a picnik near the pond or go kayaking or fishing (small boats only - no motorized craft).
Our annual dues are only $175 (current year) and there are covenants and restrictions that restrict motor homes, commercial vehicles, etc. that is common in this part of New England.
We are in Essex, CT which has been recognized as one of the top 100 small towns in America. It's a great place for buying a second home, retiring, or enjoying the outdoors (it's on the Connecticut River and only 5-6 miles from Long Island Sound).
We are 4-5 miles from the village of Essex, but we are very much a part of the community.
