Every year this neighborhood gets worse as many people in the neighborhood have illegal units and are renting them out but county inspectors don't seem to care. The neighborhood used to be nice but is deteriorating at a quick pace with the transients living in the illegal units and excess garbage in front of houses and the street looks like a parking lot with about six to seven cars in front of each single family home on SW 63rd Court and also on SW 64th Avenue (which is worse then SW 63rd Court). When the county inspectors are told about the infractions many don't do anything at all and never ' find ' any code violations. For the record, I have lived on this block since 1986.

This block is chock full of illegal rental units in single family homes on the block. The block looks like a parking lot at all times as there are too many cars in front of each house because of all the illegal housing units and the excess garbage the illegal housing tenants throw out make the neighborhood look ugly. There is no canopy on the block as many trees where knocked down by tenants and hurricanes. This is for SW 64th Avenue between West Flagler Street and SW 2nd Street.
