"Go to Krog street tunnel to see local graffiti art"

Krog street is most popular for the Krog Street Tunnel which is covered with graffiti and is a popular place to take photos. There arn't many houses on Krog street, however there is one warehouse that sometimes holds parties and is usually packed with cars. Once you go through the Krog street tunnel you'll be in cabbagetown, which is a really nice area, and Estoria is right on the corner which is a great bar.

"Great place to live"

Sampson street is a pretty quiet area with some lofts and houses scattered about. There arn't many stores or restuarants on this street, but the street is very short and there are many choices on either end of the street. Where Sampson meets Highland there is P'cheens and Johnny's pizza for food and a good nightlife. Also at this intersection is the entrance to a biking and walking trail that goes behind many shops on highland.

"Close to a lot of places, not the best place to live"

Winton terrace is just homes, a lot of which only have on street parking so the street is generally very crowded. Because the streets are always crowded with cars, the streets arn't generally clean and have debris from dead trees and leafs all over. The area isn't particullarly unsafe but its not the most comforting place to live in.

"Great for shopping and breakfast"

McLendon is a really cute and quiet street and has a small section with a few interesting shops and restuarants. The vintage store is my favorite, but there is also a real cool record shop as well as many other little stores. Flying Biscuit and El Gato Bisco are also in this area of McLendon and are great for breakfast, but they are usually jam packed on the weekends.

Also you'll find the best Garage/yard sales on McLendon when the weather is nice outside.

"Good for dining"

Carroll street is a little short street with a few restaurants and a few houses. Carroll street cafe is fantastic for breakfast but is often very busy in the mornings. Also Milltown Arms Tavern makes the best bloody mary's I've had in a while. There is also Agave right on the corner which is also very good for dinner but is a bit pricey. The area is safe and quiet but there is very little parking most of the time.

"Generally good neighborhood"

The Southeast part of Wylie street is pretty fun. The houses in this area are very cute, but pricey, and neighbors are generally friendly and watch out for each other. The area is generally safe, Ive heard of very few break-ins. 97 Estoria is also off this street which has great food and is also a pretty popular place to go for drinks. Right at the end of Wylie is Carroll street which has a few great places to eat, such as Carroll street cafe, and a few shops to browse in.

"Good place to live, overall friendly street"

Selman is one of the better streets in Cabbagetown. Selman is a little street with only homes on it, but it is close by to Estoria, which is great for drinking and has great food, and many other restaurants on memorial. Overall Selman is a good street to live on, most of the neighbors are friends and look out for one another and their cars, homes, etc.

"You don't want to live on this street."

A handful of the houses on this street or near this street got broken into when I was living there. We couldnt really sit outside on our porch without someone coming over and asking us for something whether it was a beer or for money. There were a handful of fights in the streets between neighbor hood kids as well and most people blast their music while driving around at 4 in the morning. There are much better streets in Cabbagetown/reynolds town to live on, so if your looking to live in this area, I suggest you look around to other streets.

"Glen Iris is nothing special"

This street is not horrible but it goes from an alright area to a "don't walk around alone at night" area back to an alright area as you go down it. It all depends on which section you live on. There arnt many retail shops or restaurants on this street, it is manly homes and some apartment buildings and/or lofts are slowly being built as well. If you live on the part of Glen Iris near North Avenue, you are walking distance from the Masquerade, which is always a plus, but I wouldn't suggest walking there alone.

"Great Place to live"

Highland avenue is a great place to rent or buy an apartment. Tons of complexes have been built in the last five years so almost all places are new and up to date. Almost everything you need is within walking distance as well, there is even a biking and walking trail that runs parrallel to highland and freedom parkway that begins on highland and sampson's intersection. There are many bars within walking distance and little five points is right around the corner, but the areas around Highland Ave are a safer environment to walk around in at night than areas such as little five.
