"Leads to a private lake in the heat of Las Vegas!"

Lake Las Vegas is a private lake constructed in 2003 by a variety of real estate developers and currently the home of the Montelago Village and Casino, a Loews 5-star resort, a Ritz-Carlton 5-star resort, and the Lake Las Vegas Resort. In addition, time-share and partial-ownership properties are available for residents who wish to spend extended periods relaxing by the lake or enjoy one of the 3 world-class golf courses located along Lake Las Vegas Parkway. Located approx 16 miles outside of Las Vegas, this area is secluded from the noise of the Strip and the airport, providing a peaceful relaxing, 5-star experience for all guests (regardless of which resort they select).

The resorts rent a variety of watercraft for enjoying the lake, or you can hike the nearby trails, or take a shuttle into central Las Vegas to enjoy the shopping and shows available.

"Beatiful views of Anthem Country Club, and Las Vegas"

Leading from Anthem Club Drive, Club Side Drive is the road leading to the Anthem Country Club in southern Las Vegas. Part of the exclusive Anthem Country Club, you are surrounded by the mansions of multi-millionaires living within this secure gated community. At the end of Club Side Drive, the clubhouse for the Anthem Country Club, is the home to one of the finest views in all of the Las Vegas area. At night the entire Strip is lit up in the valley below you. Enjoy dinner at the clubhouse with the palatial green grass of the golf course around you, and as the sun goes down, dazzle at the views of dancing lights and colours coming from the Strip below.

"Secure, gated community leading into Anthem Country Club"

As the main street leading into the Anthem Country Club, all entrants must pass through an armed security checkpoint in order to enter this exclusive gated community. While this can detract from the ambiance, it is a big selling point for the multi-millionaire residents. Once inside, you begin to understand why. The Anthem area is filled with 10,000+ sqft mansions with amazing views of the Las Vegas area. At night, the entire Strip is laid out in front of you living room window. You don't need binoculars, the naked eye is simply dazzled by the variety of colours and lights.

In addition, as this is a country club, a world-class golf club and club facility are available to all residents.

"Breathtaking views of the nicest hotel in LV"

E Wynn Gate Rd is the main enterence to the Wynn hotel and casino from the Strip (S Las Vegas Blvd). Directly across from the Fashion Show Mall, from here at night you can see the great copper towers that are the Wynn hotel in all of their glory. With the construction of the just completed Encore, there are now 2 towers on the Wynn property, well worth seeing. If looking for food, avoid the Fashion Show Mall and it's tourist traps, head into the Wynn and explore the various restaurants and cafes with their freshly prepared meals, from romantic dinner for 2 to a quick grilled cheese and tomato soup for the kids.

"Very industrial, but a cab drivers dream"

Koval Lane is a well guarded secret amongst the cab drivers of Las Vegas. When traffic on S Las Vegas Blvd is all jammed up (which is everyday), Koval Ln is your best friend. It runs N-S behind all of the hotels on the east side of LV Blvd, from the Tropicana up to the Venetian. Cabbies know when they need to get somewhere, this is the way to go to avoid the tourists cruising up and down the strip. While not at all athstetically pleasing (just lock the doors and floor it), you'll get where you need to go with plenty of time to spare.

Good journey!

"Family friendly street, no traffic and park adjacent"

Raggedy Ann Avenue is at the centre of a nice little sub-division in southern Las Vegas. Located just off S Maryland Parkway, you have quick access to all that las vegas has to offer. Being inside a sub-division, this is not a through steet, therefore there is very very little traffic. Located across the street is a large open grass park, perfect for the kids to play in the sun.

Developed in 2006, this street is full of new well maintained homes.

"Recently developed neighbourhood good for families"

Little Boy Blue is part of a nice little subdivision in souther Las Vegas, located adjacent of S Maryland Parkway. This allows for easy access to all of what Las Vegas has to offer. Located in the same sub-division is a large open grass part (located on Gingerbread Man Ave), great for kids to play in the sun. The main negative about this area is the proximity of the overhead high-tension power lines.

Developed in 2006, the houses on this street are new and well maintained.

"More a lane than a street"

Red Cherry Street is the entry into a quiet little neighbourhood in southern Las Vegas (technically Henderson). If you are trying to find Ladybug Bend, Tiger Paw Pl, Sand Castle Ave, Little Boy Blue Ave, or Gingerbread Man Ave, then Red Cherry is the direct route off of South Maryland Parkway. Red Cherry lasts for about 20 yards, then turns into Tiger Paw Pl.
