"A wonderful place!"

I lived near 120th and Lowell and Lowell is awesome! There are great neighborhoods just off Lowell, so it's a great place to raise children. There's also a ton of shopping and restaurants on and around Lowell. There are great schools and churches in the area and there's also a great hometown type nightlife. I would recommend the area to anyone!

"A beautiful area"

W. 112th Ave. Is a great street! The Westminster branch of Front Range Community College is on 112th near Sheridan and there are a couple of bus lines that serve the college. All of the neighborhoods here are very family oriented and well manicured. I would recommend the area to any family. I think that growing up in the area was great and anyone would love it! It's close to shopping and restaurants and a couple of neighborhood bars.

"Industrial and kinda scary"

Vasquez cuts right through some of the scariest parts of the city. There's some pretty "gangster" areas around Vasquez. There are a ton of great restaurants and some great little Mexican shops, but I try to get in and out as quickly as possible. The great thing about Vasquez is how easily you can get to I-76 to get out of the area!

"Stop and check it out"

Huron St. isn't anything fancy, it's mostly just to get from point A to point B, but there's some neat stuff on Huron. There's a few great restaurants and there's a wonderful little Wonder Bread store. It's near a lot of great things. There's mostly lower income housing near Huron but it's not bad neighborhoods, just lower income. There's also a ton of bus routed that stop on Huron which makes it really accessible.

"At first glance it seems horrible."

It's really not as bad as it looks. Pecos goes through some pretty low income areas but I used to ride the bus and I had to sit at a bus stop on Pecos and I never felt threatened. There are a couple fun bars on Pecos and there's some great Mexican restaurants. There's really cheap housing on Pecos too! I have had a few friends who lived on Pecos and their rent was cheap and they never had any problems. Except one guy got his car stolen from the parking lot at his apartment... But I think that was because he tried to be a thug. The best thing about Pecos is Water World! At 88th and Pecos is the summer Mecca of Water World!

"The scariest street I've ever been on!"

I used to work just off of Josephine St. near I-70 and it was the scariest, yuckiest, most horrible place ever! There was one great little restaurant on Josephine, but that didn't make up for the fact that there were wild dogs and homeless people everywhere. There's also the fact that it's right next to the Purina plant, so it smells like dog food! If you enjoy the smell of dog food (fresh dog food!!!) then this is the place for you. Just don't forget to put up the bars on your window because if you live in the only house on that street without bars you will get murdered by a psychotic vagrant looking for some crack money! If you absolutely need to go there I wish you god speed!

"The beginning of the city"

You can tell this is the beginning of the city and the end of the suburbs because this is where things get ugly. There's plenty of fast food and there's the Merchandise Mart, but I personally don't think it's a very safe area and the traffic is terrible! I try to avoid this area. It just seems so outdated and it seems like nobody takes care of it. I would recommend everyone follow suit and just avoid this street!

"Great place to live!"

I lived on Zenobia Loop and it was the perfect place to live! There were a ton of nice people and since it's just off 120th and Sheridan it had was close to everything. It's a really short walk to bus stops so it's super easy to get around. There is a neighborhood pool just down the street, so it's great for families. There are strip malls on 2 sides of the intersection at 120th and Sheridan and a huge Kohl's on the fourth corner so there is shopping and lots of restaurants and a couple neighborhood bars which are all awesome! I would recommend this street to anyone looking for a great place to live!

"Great place to work"

I worked at one of many, many restaurants on 104th. It was a great place to work because it's so easy to get to from everywhere. It has an exit on I-25 and the Boulder Turnpike. There are several bus routes that serve this street so it's easy to get around in an environmentally friendly way. There are several good bars and nightclubs on 104th, but there are also great communities to live in. There is sometimes a lot of traffic, but I think it's worth it because there are so many amenities. There's even a great shopping area right on I-25 and 104th. There are a ton of stores there and it's so much fun!

"Sweet little town"

Miramonte is a sweet little street in Broomfield. There are a lot of houses with really friendly people. There is a little strip mall that has a huge King Soopers and a Starbucks. There are also a few restaurants there including a Woody's Wood Fired Pizza. The football field for the Broomfield High School is on Miramonte. It's a great street unless school is starting or letting out.
