"Perfect place to raise a family"

Close to great public schools, across a wide street from a patrolled city park. Two-way traffic with park lanes, 25 mph speed limit, and 15 mph in 'round the corner school zones. Great weather almost every of 365 days a year. Great for dog and cat pets, too.
