"Summer Fun and "Off Season" Solitude"

How can one live in a neighborly resort area and be so private, safe and uncongested all at once? W Bay Ave is just the place. The Pacific ocean is 200 yards to the south and beautiful Newport harboe 50 yards to the north. The City itself is noted for its cleanliness, safety, top schools and next to zero crime rate. My immediate neighbors are year-round residents and super friendly. It seems we hare a family. There are a few "summer rentals" near by but that adds to the interest.
