"Industrial Area tucked against the 710 freeway"

This street is tucked away between the 710 and 405 freeways. This area is mostly office and warehouse buildings, and under the 710 is an entrance to a small horse ranch. Employees walk around the loop during lunch and afternoon hours, getting a little bit of exercise. Charter Cable Services is also on this street, so many people stop by to pay their bills. Quite except for the noise of the freeway not far away.

"Moderately busy street in North Long Beach"

South Street stretches from Atlantic all the way into Cerritos. It is located in the North Long Beach area, which has historicaly been classified as a rough area. In recent years, however, North Long Beach has cleaned up quite a bit and is a safer and more pleasant place to live. There are parks not too far away, including a skate park on Atlantic. Overall it is a decent place for people on a budget - although still not the safest neighborhood in town.

"Everything is close in this densely populated area"

Molino Avenue stretches all the way from Signal Hill to Ocean Boulevard, but it is broken several times (not continuous). I live on the section just off of Anaheim Street. The great thing about living here is that everything is close by - food, alcohol, clothing, entertainment, anything you need is in walking distance. Unfortunately along with this convenience comes a lot of people. It's a crowded area crawling with kids, pets, and people. The neighborhood is fairly low-income and many cheap apartments are available here, but I wouldn't recommend this area for famlies with young kids as it's not the safest neighborhood. The people who live around here are fairly friendly and easy to get along with.
