"Overall a new city"

South Tucana Court is part of a fairly new residential area. It is a cul-de-sac and is located only a bock from the community park. This neighborhood, and this area in general, seems to have more Irish residents. It is also well known that the area is populated by many Mormons. Arizona State University is only about 3 miles away. Brand new shopping areas are popping up all around this neighborhood. Golf courses are available within a couple miles. Gorgeous views and hiking of the superstition mountains are only a half hour or so away. Access to the 202 freeway is within 1 mile. Access to the US-60 freeway is within 6 miles.

"In the middle of downtown"

Located on North Washington Street is one of Chandler’s new offerings for Condominium living. The condominiums are brightly colored Spanish style residences. Located in downtown chandler, the atmosphere is that of a small town. Just about every shopping need is within walking distance, except a grocery store. There are many restaurants in the downtown square, and entertainment, i.e. chandler center for the arts, is just across the street.

"A community college lifestyle"

East Kesler Lane is located directly next to Chandler-Gilbert Community College. So close in fact it shares a mutual entrance. If you turn left you go onto Kesler, but if you continue straight you drive into the colleges West parking lot. Those living on East Kesler are mostly married couples with young children, and community college students who own, or rent homes in the neighborhood. A brand new shopping center is located only a mile away. The new shopping includes Target, Wal-Mart, Mervyns, Barns and Noble, as well as dozens of other stores. The area is also packed with restaurants and a movie theater. Freeway access is three-quarter miles away.

"College Town USA"

South Parkside Drive is located less than a mile from Arizona State University’s Tempe Campus. This is in the middle of college town. There are dozens of small mom and pop shops, and restaurants galore. Take-out is easy to get. For entertainment, you can always go to the college football and basketball games, or hang out at one of the local bars or nightclubs. Or, you can catch a play at Gammage Auditorium. Plus, there is easy access to the 202 freeway.
