"Student Through-Fair near USC"

This street is open only to pedestrians except between 30th street and 27th street to the north. It begins at the intersection of Hoover Ave and Jefferson Ave near the camps of the University of Southern California. It has heavy student traffic during the week and provides access from Fraternity Row to campus. During weekend nights one can find many drunk students stumbling home after a good time!
