Does anyone know when the last time our taxes were assessed?

You might be able to get this information on your state's website. Might take a little searching but I suspect it’s there. Looking at the date of you post, I think you’ve found your answer by now… I hope your property wasn’t assessed too much! Typically, it happens every three years.
