"Not somewhere to Live"
This is a truly busy busy street. There are lots of shops, coffee houses, and easy access to both 33 and the Galleria. I wouldn't want to live there (it doesn't seem very safe to live in such a high traffic area- although there aren't many houses left anyways!) but I do enjoy driving along between the different shops and things.

"A Busy Street"
Union Road has become a fairly commercialized road for much of its length. From Buffalo all the way out to Cheektowaga you will find a huge variety of businesses running along this street. For me, it provides the easiest access to the 33 and also the Galleria Mall (a fairly large mall not far from the Buffalo International Airport).

"Not a place to establish a home."
This road does not have many houses left on it. Over the years it has developed into a busy, and high traffic zone. It has car dealerships and a shopping mall along with 4 or 5 different fast coffee shops to stop in the morning to get your morning java before going to work. There are also about 5 or 6 fast food places to go to as well. You can even stop along here and have a tattoo done and then walk next door and have a professional portrait taken. This is a very essential street throughout West Seneca, and it also extends into other towns.
