"Excellent, quiet family neighborhood."

Tropical Way is exactly what the names says, tropical. It is very green and lush. The street is completely over grown with foliage. It ends at Lake Parker and because it is such a small street, this makes it very convenient for all of the residents here. Very quiet and quaint.
