I find Tribeca to be pretty boring. And, there are a lot of big loft, apartment buildings which I don't find to be aesthetically pleasing. There are good restaurants and bars but there aren't a lot of them. And, Tribeca is kind of out of the way. It's expensive and it just doesn't feel like a neighborhood to me. There's no energy there and the transportation is less than ideal. A lot of rich people live there so the neighborhood is safe and quiet and the apartments are nice. But, I don't know, it just doesn't do it for me.
