"quiet , wayyyyy upscale area !"

this street has some of the most majestic homes in all of new york, hill top mansions, with property to boot! a golf coarse at the top of the hill, for residents. some of the most powerful people in the city live here including some on the other side of the law. its also a great hilly street to drive up and down , and offers some of the best scenaries of the island. really exclusive !
