"Quiet suburbia"
If you want to be in the middle of nowhere surrounded by tract homes and no businesses or entertainment options for miles around, just the odd tree, green lawns and desert hills on the horizon, Tierra Plano is the street for you! I do not mean that in a bad way; it really just comes down to what you are looking for in your neighborhood. There really is not much to do around here, so, if you are single or are a social couple, this is not the place for you. If you have a family and want to be part of a safe community or you are a loner who can not stand noise or action, this is the street for you.
Most of the families here all have young children and have not lived in the area for long. The pool is pretty good, but, also usually filled with kids.
This street is close to the 241 toll road, which gives you somewhat easy access to all of the entertainment options available in Irvine and Tustin as well as the area where you most likely work. As a toll road, the traffic is light, but, on the other hand, you have to pay the toll.
