What are the schools like in The Loop, Chicago?

The Loop has some very highly rated schools, though if you're thinking of starting a family I don't think of this as the best place to raise kids. Don't get me wrong, it's perfectly safe and very fun, but it's not a family area. Too much hustle and bustle.
