"Quietest location... no planes, little traffic, close to ocean"

Temple Ave is out of the Logan flight path that most of Winthrop is noted for... located in the Highlands it is removed from major traffic routes, but is only blocks away from the bus... close proximity to ocean, beach, and great excerise routes.
