"On Sutton Street"

Though this street doesn't have much to offer in terms of food and fun, the location and closeness to other streets with more to offer, along with the great housing on this street. The one thing that might deter you from living here would be the nearby Queen/Brooklyn Expressway, though I think that you might find the noise to pretty null at night. I thought that the street was pleasant and was reasonably accessible, though having a car would be ideal here. All in all, Sutton Street is a nice street in a nice neighborhood.

"Quiet residential neighborhood street in Brooklyn"

I lived in an apartment on Sutton St. in Brooklyn for year, and I found it to be a peaceful, quiet, and friendly street to live on. The street is lined with brick and brownstone apartment buildings, some of them antique with stained glass window accents. There are plenty of trees along the street, helping to create a pleasant walking environment. The street is inhabited primarily by working couples and singles. Everyone is friendly and the street is very quiet for a city neighborhood. Subway station is a 10 minute walk away and connects to Queens and Manhattan. There are nice parks nearby and retail stores withing walking distance. I recommend Sutton St. to anyone looking for a peaceful place to live in Brooklyn.
