As I mentioned in another post, crime in Sunnyside is actually not too bad as far as San Francisco goes. Basically there have been no murders in the last 6 months (though there have been 2 just to the south in Ingleside), and only about a dozen assualts--a lot less than neighboring neighborhoods. And there only have been about a half dozen robberies.
Overall that is pretty good. I would feel safe given those numbers living in Sunnyside.
