"Seems to be very rundown"
Older neighborhood, rundown houses. Very noisy traffic-wise because it's one of the longer and main streets in Columbus. A lot of empty older buildings, and looks like maybe twenty or thirty years ago, it wouldve been a nice street. There's a Dairy Queen, CVS, and many gas stations. It eventually dead ends at Georgesville Road which has a lot of shopping.

"Long avenue with different areas"
This street runs parallel with Broad Street. The further downtown you go, the worse it becomes. Down at the end, it's a bunch of rundown and abandoned buildings. And, going away from town, it doesnt get any better. Very rundown, and looks like it may have one day been a nice place to live. Looks like mostly Secrion 8 housing. Some little shops, but nothing major. This is a street mostly meant for going from one place to another without stopping.
