Stevenson Pl, Prince's Bay

For the area, this well groomed dead end street has pretty much everything one could want. A small group of homes, with a outside the city feel. A nice walk thru area, end of the street is woods and alot of room to roam. Traffic noise from Sharrott isnt bad except early moprning or mid evening times, commuters drive like nuts down thru here. Neighbors here keep their older homes pretty well maintained, not to much clutter and rarely a for sale sign in a yard. County owned property at the other end, well you can walk it, but at some point you may get a tresspassing ticket, so its best to stay out of there. not much there but open fields, rocks, and funny looking vents. Not to far to dining, schools, about 20 minute drive in either direction. Corner grocery store about 3 blocks away at Latourette St.
