"Rude Neighbors, Lots of Bugs"

I've lived here for 2 yrs now, and honestly it's one step above trailer park trash. You can take the redneck jerk and put him in a nice house, but he's still a redneck jerk, and unfortunately, still leaves his yard trashy. And should you have a problem with the constant barking of dogs, or the neighbors leaving trash in your yard, don't hesitate to call the cops, because the HOA will do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about it. Sure, they send out little newsletters and flyers, but they couldn't care less. When I first moved in I was excited, because I was 10 minutes from the mall, right next to the polk parkway, and it's the perfect spot for me. However, I prefer to get sleep at night and not have my neighbors cuss me out at 6 in the morning when I ask them to keep their volume down. Plus, ever since I've been here, I've been constantly sick... I think by mold. And the bugs... have had constant issues with funky looking ants and really REALLY big roaches. And the ponds are always gunked up and sometimes stink. And be careful of the roaming gators, because ever since I've been here, 2 have made their way into neighbors garages. I never leave my garage open because of that. One was a 10 footer. It's a shame, really. Because if it weren't for all that, it's the perfect spot. But I refuse to deal with this anymore, and as soon as my lease is up, I'm gone!
