Is the Standley Lake area an affordable place for young families?

The Standley Lake area is great for young families. There is a lot of open space to take walks and numerous parks to play in. The real estate market is moving fast. I see for sale or rent signs put up and taken down in the same day. Happy hunting.

It can be. My young family was able to find an affordable option for our first home with a duplex in the area. There are quite a variety of housing options around the lake including rentals, condos, duplexes, and single family homes. Be prepared to act fast, things go quick around here from my experience.
