"great neighborhood to start a family"
This neighborhood would be great for retired people and families to be. Its a quiet suburb- like neighborhood. With close bus stops and trees to shade the kids playing on the sidewalk in the summer, this neighborhood has average traffic and older apartment buildings. Great for people who want to relax as they watch their kids run by.

"Close to the gardens"
Just a few blocks away from the Brooklyn museum and botanical gardens. Several older apartment buildings. Trees along the street. A fairly busy street. A school near by. On street parking. The streets are in good condition and the crime is fairly low. Don't see a lot of graffiti along the street.
