St James Ave, Oakdale

There are several apartment buildings & homes on this street where the people feel entitled to be as loud as they want, throw trash anywhere; their yard, their neighbor's yard, the street, etc. Many people on (my end) of the street have blatant disrespect for the law; unlicenced dogs, smoking & snorting dope on their front porch, and selling dope in their driveway.
I have called the police more times on my neighbors, since I have lived in this building, than ever in my life. I hate living here and look forward to eventually moving.
