"Right Near The Park"
St. Felix St has a real neigborhood feel about. It gives you the feel of living in a small town where everybody knows everybody. There are many businesses and restaurants around and Fort Greene Park is right near by which also helps rid you of that city feel if you want. I think it would be a great little area for retirees.
