"Urban population on this street."

Spring street is one of the larger streets towards the downtown Philadelphia area. This street begins at 9th street and travels throughout the downtown area. This street is mostly commerical property, with various business and office buildings that are located on this street. This street is also close to the park and 95. This street is pretty quiet with no real problems since this is considered a side street.
