"Clean and not so serene"
Peters Road is the new financial district of Central Broward County. It is a highly diversed business street equipped with medium to very highly rated dining establishments. It is close proximity to good shopping and entertainment. The traffic is a little on the busy side but the area is quite safe and boasts a very cozy corporate feel.

"Some beautiful old homes and jazz...."
The thing that makes this street worth going to is The Fort Lauderdale Historical Society and the amazingly beautiful old buildings – gorgeous, worth the time. You can see some of these places being in Key West. There is a walking tour, which was interesting. While we were there, we went back for a jazz concert, which they have quite often.
