"A pretty residential area with condos and swimming pools"

This part of Miami is what most people picture when they consider visiting the city of Miami. A lot of new architecture, grassy yards, and palm trees. Most homes in the area have a swimming pool in the backyard, and it is close to the train station and several major highways. It is a great area for kids to grow up, or for couples to retire.
